• Proficiency in Excel formulas, pivot tables, data analytics

Data Quality Analysts are primarily responsible for monitoring and addressing data quality in our Acumen Insights data platform. Data Quality Analysts ensure that data is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable. They monitor the quality of data that organizations use to make decisions.  Analysts are expected to support projects without assistance and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor, measure, analyze, execute, track, and report on data quality issues
• Understand our data warehouse environment and how it relates to our business transactions
• Ensure enterprise standards are applied and adhered to in our data environments
• Identify anomalies in data and data flows
• Resolve issues
• Interact with business users to resolve data quality problems
• Extract, collect, and collate data
• Analyze data using statistical techniques

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant - Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, from invoicing to cash flow reporting, while supporting executive functions seamlessly. 

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Invoicing and payment management
• Detailed receipt and expense tracking
• Generation of cash flow reports
• Coordination of payment and invoice timing
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, and PDF
• Familiarity with international travel websites is a plus
• Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet
• Ability to set up calls and navigate international travel websites
• Highly task-oriented and detail-focused
• Proven self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic
• Strong problem-solving skills
