What will you do?

The IT Quality Assurance Engineer's role is to provide expertise in planning, designing, and executing test scripts that ensure the quality and functionality of any designed IT solution. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team’s overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep the defect repository up to date.

Generic Responsibilities

Develop test scenarios, scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more project test streams, including but not limited to IT infrastructure, IT Security, System, Integration and User Acceptance tests.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to developing, improving, and maintaining testing standards and practices. 

• Help develop a testing strategy for the assigned functional squad

• Take the lead in executing test strategy 

• Help triage and manage defects/issues reported during testing activity 

• Work with the application and technical teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. 

• Participate in the release control process (when the application/tenant is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. 

• Validate product fixes. 

• Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for the timely and accurate recording of accounts payable data to SAP.

• Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment processing, including matching purchase orders and obtaining approval.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Process intercompany / importation invoices.
• Audit employee expenses/liquidation reports based on established criteria.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts
• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger transactions of accounts payable
• Ability to respond to queries and audit requests timely and accurately
• Prepare month-end/year-end schedules as required.
• Files/Archives supporting documents regularly.
• Responsible for immediate escalation of data discrepancies
• Perform such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of Finance or Accounting course
• Preferably SAP FI experience
• With at least 3 - 5 working experience

Responsibilities:

Retail / Net Sales

– Key KPI for achieving sales targets in the stores.

– Cascade monthly targets to AS and CEO.

– Monitor weekly and monthly sales

– Ensure retail sales are encoded on MIM daily.

– Collaborate closely with Brand teams and Key Accounts on execution of monthly

animations and events

– Work with the Brand/ Marketing team on support to achieve sales.

– Ensure cascade of monthly promotions and incentives from Marketing to agency /

CEOs.

 Stock Management

– Ensure stock level is healthy. (2.5 to 3 MOI).

– Ensure all key SKUs are available in stores.

– Ensure all inventory is visible in SAP/MIM.

– Coordinate with Finance on regular stock take audit and work with agency on

reconciliation

– Ensure CEOs practice FEFO in stores.

– Track expiring/ expired products and coordinate with Sales Ops on promo

implementation and pull-out.

– Communicate with brand team if there is any OOS

 Customer Engagement Officer

– Responsible for recruitment of CEO.

– Responsible for training of CEO on retail operations system. (MIM & CE App)

– Ensure CEOs are well groomed following Luxasia guidelines.

– Responsible for CEO performance monitoring with Agency.

– Responsible for placement of CEO based on allocation and ensure that stores have

manpower during operation hours.

– Validate daily time records submitted by agencies

– Work with cross-functional teams to align and execute sales incentive programs;

provide sales support to ensure accurate crediting and compensation payouts; and

provide compensation payout forecasting to Finance

• Visual Merchandising

– Ensure brand planogram is followed

– Get information from brand team on new lines and execute in stores.

– Do regular visit to ensure VM guideline is practiced.

– Ensure testers are available in all stores.

– Ensure displays are organized in the stores and unnecessary POSMs are pulled out.

• Customer Relationship Management

– Responsible for achieving CRM KPIs (New customers, Known customers, Email and

DOB).

– Ensure CEOs are aware of their targets and achievement and track regularly..

• Sales Recording and Reconciliation

– Responsible for implementing and enforcing processes and tools that will maintain

integrity and accuracy of sales process and data

– Work with the agency in the validation of sales every month.

– Coordinate with Marketing team in required campaign codes for accurate recording

of sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

Continuous Platform Testing:

● Regularly test core functionalities of the UGC gaming engine to ensure consistent performance.

● Conduct thorough testing of new features and updates before they are deployed.

Bug Reproduction and Reporting:

● Promptly address user-reported bugs by attempting to reproduce them.

● Document detailed steps involved in the reproduction of these bugs.

Issue Tracking and Documentation:

● Create comprehensive tickets in Linear, our project management system, for all identified issues.

● Clearly describe the expected results versus the actual results in the tickets.

● Include detailed steps for reproducing each issue.

Collaboration with Development Team:

● Work closely with the product and development teams to convey findings and follow up on issue resolution.

● Participate in regular meetings and updates to stay aligned with the team & goals and timelines.

Feedback and Improvement Suggestions:

● Provide constructive feedback on platform usability and user experience.

● Suggest potential improvements or features based on testing insights and user feedback.

User Experience Advocacy:

● Ensure that user-generated content (UGC) on the platform maintains a high standard of quality and functionality.

● Advocate for end-user needs and perspectives during issue resolution and feature development.

Compliance and Standards Adherence:

● Ensure that all tests and procedures comply with company standards and best practices.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA testing and UGC platforms.

Reporting and Communication:

● Regularly report on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

● Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including development teams and management.

● 2+ years of Proven experience in QA testing, preferably in gaming or related fields.

● Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

● Familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools, specifically Linear and Discord

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

● Passion for gaming and understanding of user-generated content platforms.
