We’re looking for a social media manager who has graphic design capabilities.

They'll be using Canva and Photoshop to create graphics to post here Kaizen (@kaizen.hit) • Instagram photos and videos and they will need to be good at creating captions for both IG and X. Canva graphic templates are already provided but ability to create designs from scratch will be a huge plus

The IT HelpDesk Manager will spend approximately 20% of their time working on projects and 40% supporting SaaS applications and working on Service desk tickets. This position collaborates with all levels of management within various departments to understand the current state, identify business requirements, and recommend technologies. As a Marketplace Content Associate, you will report directly to the  Marketplace Quality Associate Manager. You will perform content moderation in all areas related to marketplace quality across all countries where Carousell operates. As an Quality Inspector, you’ll be reporting to Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients’ products.

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents.
• Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
• Organize and manage workflow to ensure that all designated accounts are actioned appropriately, and payments arrive on time
• Ensure accurate notes and data are available in CRM platforms at all times
• Conduct daily activities aligned with relevant Australian debt collection guidelines and other legislation including Privacy Act, Trade Practices Act and NCCC, etc.
• Exhibit team ethics, working in harmony with other team members and assisting them in performing their duties
• Effectively collaborate with team members to ensure that function is operating effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a harmonious team environment
• Adhere to the campaign's purpose, objectives and mission and openly support the campaign's strategy
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by complying with OHS legislation and the campaign's OHS policies
• Ensure compliance with the campaign's policies and procedures

Summary:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitoring and analyzing financial data, reports, and/or statements
• Hiring, training, and supervising accounting associates
• Assigning projects to ensure the execution of tasks and compliance
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures
• Providing recommendations and meeting financial accounting objectives

Your team will be your key focus, developing their skills and knowledge and build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will reviewing all reporting requirements, including financial statements and ad-hoc client deliverables.

Building strong and effective relationships with colleagues and the wider business is an essential.  You’ll also need to be thorough in all you do, using your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and put forward any recommendations to help us find an appropriate solution.
