About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducts 15-Day Basic Training Program (BTP) each month for new Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSE). – 40 hrs
• Conduct Product briefing to bank personnel (average of 4 sessions per week) – 16 hrs
• Facilitate RP Workshops to BPI Branches ( average of 4 session per week) – 16 hrs
• Conduct of advanced training programs to enhance sales productivity (Area Meetings; Boot Camps, Sales Clinics; etc.) – 16 hrs

• Develop and enhance basic and advanced training manuals and tools. -20 hrs

YOUR MISSION

The Assistant Manager, Key Account supports the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing with respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives.
