We are seeking a confident and compelling Transformation Change Manager – Retail (Sell) to ensure our team members can change effectively and deliver the business objectives of technology-enabled retail transformation programmes. This is essential for the execution of our digital retail spine and O2O projects based in Hong Kong including Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. We are in the early stages of a 5-year program to deliver new retail technologies in every one of our 10,000+ stores, 42+ distribution centres and 15+ offices across Asia to enable real time O2O e-commerce with our customers. We have multiple countries to be migrated where we need consistent business processes across all the markets, we operate in implemented successfully.
Job Description
Responsible for delivering and supporting SAP projects. The Transformation Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and be responsible for the overall delivery. The ideal candidate is proficient in different project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time managing resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Host and conduct daily stand-up meetings with multiple resources from internal resources and third parties
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Meet with business users to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of IT solution towards fulfilling the business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties such as vendors and system integrators
- Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter/scope, project plans, status reports and operational checklists
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in digital project management
- Creative and willing to drive change
- Well-organized and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
- Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels
- Extensive sector domain knowledge and able to work with senior management
- Certified PM (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum Master
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts
- Experienced user of MS Office Tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ERP system, preferably SAP
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of the uses of SAP technologies within the industry sector and specifically within competitive or associated organisations operating in the same market
