CITY LEDGER

As a Project Manager, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.    

What you will be doing: 

• Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.

• Serves as liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects. Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications  

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.  

• Assessing available technologies and recommending solutions. 

• Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.

What you will need:   

• At least 10 years of experience with Project Management, P&L Analysis, Project Financials and Resource Management

• Must have worked in a capital markets environment (banks) or with financial services vendors handling banking clients

• Background in managing project implementations of Treasury Systems 

• Must have hands-on project management experience and must have been in the role of a dedicated project manager, responsible for delivering end-to-end Treasury projects for clients 

• Must be flexible with the working arrangement. Depending on the client, selected candidates should be open reporting onsite to a local client; work remotely or do business travel if assigned to clients overseas.

• In-depth knowledge of Financial Services products and services.

• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end project implementation life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, hybrid, iterative and other modern approaches to project implementation  methodologies

• Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology

•  Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies

Your Assignment

• Support the IKEA Kitchen Production Team to strengthen the IKEA Food Concept, reinforcing IKEA's position as a leader in the local market.
• Lead and collaborate with the IKEA Food Manager and the IKEA Food management team to fulfill the purpose of IKEA Food by integrating business growth with team development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the restaurant, co-restaurant, dishwashing, and kitchen areas using the HACCP checklist.
• Ensure the operational readiness of the kitchen each day, checking that all equipment in the chiller, freezer, and dry storeroom meets food safety standards.
• Develop and oversee manpower schedules for leaders and timekeeping to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory by checking stock par levels and updating inventory management systems.
• Conduct inventory forecasting based on store performance, and place orders as required
