Position: Senior Recruiter
Working Hours: Mon-Fri : PH time (40 hours a week)
Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - PHP 60,000 per month
Responsibilities:
â—Ź Source candidates use various search methods (top 3-4 platforms used) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
â—Ź Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
â—Ź Conduct internal assessments - Pre-Screening, Grammar, Initial, and second interviews.
â—Ź Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
â—Ź Manage the overall interview and selection process.
â—Ź Keep candidates warm by providing updates on job postings
â—Ź Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
â—Ź Define job description and document specifications.
â—Ź Present shortlisted candidates to the clients
â—Ź Build long-term client relationships.
â—Ź Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
â—Ź Coordinate with Operations Manager for projects updates and reports
â—Ź Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
â—Ź Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
â—Ź Must have 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience
â—Ź At least 2 years of experience in recruiting technical roles
â—Ź Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
â—Ź Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
â—Ź Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
â—Ź Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
â—Ź Excellent organizational and time management skills
â—Ź Comfortable making decisions independently
â—Ź Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
â—Ź Successful experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment life cycle at the same time.
â—Ź Experience in client management
â—Ź Computer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent)
