-Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator.

-Work experience related to the position in a BPO company is a plus.

-Has solid understanding of recruitment end-to-end process.

-Has experience with interviews(phone and in-person), candidate screening and evaluation.

-Has hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.

-Must be knowledgeable with labor legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Develop and analyze our client’s functional requirements to understand the scope, requirements and function of the solutions’ offering
