The Advanced Technical Solutions Consultant will analyze and consolidate performance data and statistics. The individual will support the customer implementation and customer support groups in designing integration solutions, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing data to contribute to Visa goals and initiatives. The role will manage escalations from other work groups within the CS Organization, relating to the Risk and Identity Solution product offerings, as well as maintain and follow processes involving departments outside of the CS Group.

The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment, who will facilitate and manage various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. In addition, the Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and Supplier Partners, whilst triaging queries to the appropriate point of contact/s.

Requirements:

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
