What will you do?

Reporting to our Work Winning Portfolio Lead, you will provide advice and coaching to bid teams across the entire bid process from the engagement and pursuit stages through to bidding and debrief.

As a key member of our Winning Work team, you will be responsible for hands-on involvement in major opportunities, alongside our technical teams and client leaders on key bids.

We will rely on your hands-on bid and proposal management approach to effectively support the development of strategic proposals. The role requires an innovative and responsive self-starter who is comfortable with reaching into the wider organisation, researching content requirements, and finding opportunities for innovative and creative ways of sharing our story to clients. In return, you will work alongside a proven team of bid professionals, with access to creative support.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Portfolio Leaders and Senior Bid Specialists in providing Winning Work services within allocated portfolios
• Championing the Aurecon Methodology from proposal planning until submission. This includes creating response templates, formatting, collating and proofreading proposals and related collaterals.
• Researching, gathering, updating, editing and consolidating non-technical information such as corporate information, CVs, project sheets, capability statements, boilerplates and other standard proposal related collaterals
• Ensuring documents are well-structured, organised and well written (grammar and spelling)
• Ensuring that the layout, packaging and formatting comply with Aurecon brand guidelines
• Developing basic graphics or liaising with the visual design team to ensure that proposals are compelling and well-presented
• Performing data and information assessments to identify trends in successful proposals/tenders/bids and projects
• Supporting the bid team in pursuit activities, as necessary
• Ensuring sound relationships with all stakeholders
• Actively participating and/or leading continual improvement initiatives related to Winning Work
• Providing ad hoc services including trends and competitor research, etc.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience within a proposal or related environment; engineering and proposals management/coordination background/experience is a plus
• Actual experience in document preparation, management and control
• Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills; tertiary qualification in communication, journalism, marketing, business management, marketing, or related field preferable
• Advanced skills in using the MS Office suite especially in Word, Powerpoint and Excel; knowledge in InDesign/Photoshop is a plus

The role

Main responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (50%)

• Own the full recruitment cycle for LB across the Philippines 
• Manage our employer branding by working with HQ P&C, Country Management, as well as relevant internal teams to ensure LB remains top-of-mind as an employer of choice when one thinks female consumer retail in Philippines 
• Spearhead recruitment efforts across both retail and office staff all levels from junior to senior including intern recruitment
• Conduct screening of candidates based on job criteria and required competencies to create a pipeline of high calibre talent profiles for hiring managers 
• Maintain and constantly ensure a robust recruitment process that is relevant and supports internal teams, while also ensuring that all prospective candidates get the most positive candidate experience no matter the outcome 
• Leverage recruiting tools to get the job done better and more efficiently
• Be innovative with the use of social media and other communication platforms in line with hiring trends to get the best candidates in the quickest way possible

This is an individual contributor role responsible for solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify solutions for new and existing Visa digital initiatives. The Service Enablement team is the liaison between Client Services and internal teams. This role is recognized as a thought leader and authority on client enablement functions and needs. This role prioritizes our customers and places them at the heart of our business operations, products, and enhancements. The goal is to offer positive experiences to our customers using common goals and data to drive improvements.

What You’ll Do, Day To Day.

• Hold teams accountable to improve the client experience through data driven projects that tie to OKRs and goals

• Maintenance and creation of all artifacts such as end to end journey maps

• Visio mapping to document regional and functional processes to highlight where we have differences and inefficiencies, and leverage as a tool to identify areas of opportunity. This will also serve as a resource to share with stakeholders

• Continuous improvement to existing services and processes

What will you do?

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents, such as job descriptions, interview templates, and feedback forms.

Candidate Screening:

• Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet minimum qualifications.
• Perform searches (using Talent Pool criteria provided/created) on LinkedIn Recruiter to form shortlists, and “hide” candidates that are not suitable.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates through phone or email communication.

Interview Coordination:

• Arrange logistics for interviews, candidate briefings for shortlisted candidates including booking meeting rooms and coordinating virtual interviews.

Communication and Correspondence:

• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information about the recruitment process and responding to inquiries.
• Communicate with hiring managers and team members regarding interview schedules and candidate updates.

Candidate Pipeline Management:

• Maintain and update candidate databases and Prevue applicant tracking systems.
• Transfer shortlisted candidates (defined by statuses) from posted roles to Talent Pool.
• Reset any interrupted Prevue assessments and email candidates.

• Provide dedicated implementation and configuration support to assigned Visa clients within a market and/or support to assigned countries/markets
• Manage multiple types of complex configuration requests in support of client and Visa initiatives. This involves the coordination and prioritization of resources from various teams, and new processes to be developed based on committed and tight deliverable dates

Client Engagement & Support

• Provide initial consultation and guidance on clients’ requests and needs
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand program set up requirements and manage steps required to support all new card program installations, processor conversions and updates to existing programs without customer impact
• Participates in on-call rotation for event management serving as escalation and resolution contact point for both internal and external clients
• Attends project kick off meetings with client and Visa project team
• Provide responsive, accurate, and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders

Systems Management

• Review, research, and analyse each client configuration request in detail to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Ensure execution of all deliverables including ownership of implementation requests
