Process Parameter Optimization

• Plans, designs, implements and monitors activities geared to improve product and material yield, reduce production cost and/or reduce product reliability defects.

Standardization and Documentation

• Generates, interprets, and updates process and material specifications and flowcharts for new package projects.

• Interprets quality inspection criteria and specifications.

• Prepares technical reports on the results of evaluations and investigations and presents recommended actions.

Coordination/Communication of Process Issues for Improved Quality, Manufacturability and Reliability.

• Coordinates quality, manufacturability, process control and reliability issues with internal and external customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics and Communication

• Mold Brand, Deflash, Trim, Form and Singulate Equipment subject matter expert with at least 10 Years experience in Equipment Capability Studies and Selection relative to Package Development, New Product Introduction and/or HVM in a semiconductor assembly environment for leadframe and substrate-based packages.

• Comprehensively review and interpret POD and tooling designs and create/recommend effective solutions to achieve design intent.

• Comprehensive knowledge of downstream and upstream Assembly that impact these EOL processes (input) and can be impacted by the output of the EOL processes, accordingly.

Job Description – Data Migration Lead

SR DM Lead (Specialist, JL3S)

Alight Service Readiness (SR) provides Payroll Services to our clients. During project implementation phase Data Migration plays an important role setting up these services.

The Data Migration Lead is responsible to execute Data Migration for a payroll country, monitored by a Data Migration Senior Lead. During preparation phase the DM Lead provides DM templates and conducts workshops with the client, during testing reviews the data delivered by the client (data quality assessment), loads it, updates the load tracker to monitor errors, and proposes solutions how to solve it, reconciles the data, and provides validation reports. Steps and processes are defined in the Local DM Plan, which is adjusted for each country by the DM Lead.

The Data Migration (DM) team consists of different levels; a (Senior) DM Workstream Lead is accountable for big programs, global strategy and planning, the DM Lead is responsible for the execution, and the DM Support assists with the high volumes; where required we have Data Scientists providing additional services.

DM Lead is an intermediate level in SR Data Migration. Usually, after 3-6 months experience in a DM Support role, DM Lead is expected to start taking customer facing activities, workshops, data mapping sessions and other meetings with the client, which are starting, conducting, and closing all activities in a country implementation effectively and successfully, meeting the KPIs and the Quality Threshold.

• Reviewing for completeness and reconcile subsidiary schedules against GL balances of accounts (e.g. accruals, pre-payments, deposits, receivables, payables, intercompany accounts, etc.) and coordinate with staff in charge or respective accounts;
• Generation of monthly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and other reports and schedules;
• In close coordination with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Cost Accounting and Treasury sections, coordination of a monthly variance analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts;
• Arranging the month-end review of financial reports. Summarize (a) key points for the month, (b) open items for subsequent monitoring and resolution.
• Liaising with external and auditors, in terms of the (a) timely submission of audit schedules and requirements, and (b) following through on the implementation of recommendations relating to internal control compliance and related issues raised in audits;
• Maintenance and, when needed, improvement of the filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure completeness and ease of retrieval.
• Relating to the compliance with tax requirements, including but not limited to:
• Preparation of periodic reports (i.e. VAT and other) and supporting schedules;
• Preparation of schedules, reports and other documentary requirements raised in tax, financial and other audits.
• Perform designated tasks in periodic finance and accounting processes, i.e. month-end and year-end close activities;
• Prepare schedules, analysis and other requirements as necessitated by audits and compliance mandates, e.g. financial, tax and other regulatory audits, regulatory filings, accrediting agency audits, customer audits, etc.;
• Provide back-up support, where needed, to ensure SAP activities are uninterrupted;
• Perform tasks as required to support the Finance Department and other tasks as may be assigned.

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has relevant finance and accounting experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ideally, with minimum of:

• 8-10 years of experience in Finance and/or accounting work;
• 2 years of experience in entity financial reporting and/or budget work in a manufacturing setting;
• 2 years of accounting supervision experience or similar capacity; and
• 2 years of SAP experience

Key Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP. Similar knowledge of other ERP systems would be considered;
• Computer proficiency, particularly in the use of MS Office suite;
• Working knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS);
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations and other issuance;
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS in terms of definitions, requirements, practices, etc.;
• Keen understanding of and ability to manage internal controls;

Other preferred trainings:

• PFRS and taxation updating seminars and the like, would be an advantage.
