JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with AMPI Engineering and Planning, and AML Engineering and PMs to coordinate Probe Test, Assembly build, Qual Test, and Final Test activities at AMPI based on priorities provided by PMs.
• Originate Assembly ERFs and Test ERFs, where appropriate.
• Work with AMPI Probe Planning to coordinate processing of probe engineering materials at AMPI. Provide information needed by Probe Planners prior launching the wafers in Probe WIP.
• Work with AMPI Qual and Reliability Group and Planning to coordinate qual material processing.
• Coordinate with AMPI Planner on engineering assembly builds and final test movement to Sample Stock of material to support RTM.
• Ensure that approvals requiring AMPI personnel are completed in a timely manner, such as but not limited to Probe & Final Test PTC, ECNs going through ETQ document control system.
• Submit lot termination and track lot ownership as needed. Create links to deliverables for items completed in AMPI, i.e. Probe and FT PTCs, qual plans.
• Participate in and support high-level planning of top priority projects of AML PM. Communicate status, issues, and results to AML and AMPI stakeholders.
• Utilize the SharePoint, Apollo, Phoenix, and other PM Tools in performing tasks. Interfaces with U.S. counterparts on PM activities.
• Develop and recommend solutions to improve process for a timely product release to Market and/or to Production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of industry experience
• 5 years in semiconductor industry

• Performs Payroll accounting related entries, validation and reports, as required

• The Supply Planning Lead is responsible for defining an efficient, cost-effective and stable supply plan that supports sales forecasts and meet inventory targets.  
• He/She also partners with key stakeholders to support activities related to new product introduction, trade and customs, tolling and inventory management.
• The Supply Planning Lead is also in charge in managing appropriate levels of inventory including its movement and validating the accuracy of both physical and system counts.

Accountabilities

Planning

• Ensure an efficient, cost-effective and stable supply plan (Finished Goods, Collaterals) that supports sales forecasts at acceptable inventory levels
• Provide useful data and supply analysis during local and regional business meetings (Pre-SOP, SOP, Business Meetings and NPI Meetings).
• Maintain accurate gSAP information and ensure that planning process is aligned to gSAP requirements at all times.
• Drives all Supply-required activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI) by working closely with key stakeholders for package development and the region for range requests approval and supply negotiations.

Inventory Management

• Responsible for maintaining   regional and international   inventory   within acceptable levels as set by Regional and Country objectives.
• Identify ways   to manage order quantity through MOQ negotiation, sourcing strategy and logistics consideration.
• Ensure   that   acceptable levels of inventory rate accuracy (IRA) in all warehouses and tolling plants through the monitoring, support and management of said activities via cycle counts
• Drives Marketing to define move-out plans for expired and SLOB inventory to reduce inventory write off. 
• Tracks Expired and Near-Expiring inventory and coordinates with WH Lead and HSE officers on appropriate action plans to faciliate the move-out (disposal or extension) of ageing inventory
• Recommends and monitors levels of provision and implementation of goods disposal activities.
• Provide inputs on SUs under RGM (Return Goods Memo) to ensure that returned items will not worsen inventory condition.

Job Background and Purpose:

• In order to execute the implementation programs in a more efficient manner, Citi is setting up a centralized team in Asia to support the Asia country programs and the reporting processes. About the Opportunity

We are seeking an individual who will ensure that IW effectively collaborates, coordinates and cooperates with multiple stakeholders, including the Australian Embassy in the Philippines, representatives of the Government of the Philippines  and a range of Filipino implementing and policy partners for strong communication and take-up of strategic opportunities to advance end-of-program outcomes.

The Philippines Technical and Policy Reform Lead will:

Client Management 

• Manage IW’s engagement with the Australian Embassy in the Philippines:  
  • Promoting and supporting strong linkages between IW and Post.
  • Provide the Embassy with current and relevant information relating to program implementation and provide entry points for enhanced knowledge sharing with other DFAT programs.
  • Work with the Embassy to identify public diplomacy opportunities to build DFAT’s private sector relationships, advance DFAT’s bilateral policy reform agendas, and create opportunities for DFAT dialogue on contemporary gender issues with key actors.
  • Support regular coordination mechanisms with DFAT Post including quarterly Country Sub-Committee Meetings, annual Staff Planning meetings, the annual review of the Philippines Country Strategy, and program reporting. 

Policy Leadership

• Develop and maintain networks with relevant policy stakeholders across the Philippines to identify potential for policy reforms impacting the care economy. 
• Work with Workstream 2 Director to develop initiatives and establish partnerships to enable policy reform impacting the care economy in the Philippines in line with IW’s Enabling Care Policy Reform Strategy, including identifying opportunities, collaborative design, procurement, contracting, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Lead the delivery of Workstream 2 partnerships and policy interventions in the Philippines, including partnership and contract management.  
• Work with IW’s Monitoring, evaluation, learning and research (MERL) team to support the monitoring of Workstream 2 partner progress and impact assessment in the Philippines. 
• Work with the Workstream 2 Director and Technical Coherence Senior Manager to support Workstream 2 reporting of partner progress and impact in the Philippines.
• Work with the Workstream 2 Director to develop and deliver multi-country initiatives, including knowledge sharing forums.

Technical Leadership  

• Lead the development and annual review/update of IW’s country-level strategy for the Philippines, reflecting an analysis of context, stakeholders, country and regional level priorities, and synergies with other DFAT programs, in consultation with DFAT.  
• Ensure IW activities are adaptive and responsive to the Philippine country context and are delivered in line with country-level economic prospects, private sector interests, policy context and prevalent social norms.  
• Work with IW Workstream Directors to support strategic local and regional partnerships that demonstrate the links between improving the enabling environment for women’s economic participation and their empowerment, and support IW’s End of Program Outcomes (EOPOs):  
  • EOPO1 Workplace Gender Equality: More workplaces adopt and implement workplace gender equality organisational changes.
  • EOPO2 Enabling Policy Reform: Policy stakeholders are influenced by private sector perspectives and other evidence related to care economy and/or WEE.
  • EOPO3 Campaigns and Communities of Practice: More early adopters of gender equality demonstrate progressive behaviour and advocate for broader change.
  • EOPO4 Gender Lens Investing: Increase investment in businesses that disproportionately benefit women across targeted countries.
• Ensure IW complements and amplifies the relevant agendas of development actors and other key stakeholders in the Philippines, including but not limited to: UNWomen, IFC, ADB, UNESCAP, Oxfam Pilipinas.

• 100% automation, implement GitOps principle, build, deploy and ship infrastructure for cloud-native software solutions using Terraform and ArgoCD.

• Responsible for ensuring effective management of team daily volume and cases including bulk transactions to ensure excellent service delivery and that SLAs and productivity targets are achieved

This role will support the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking.  This role will be an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Process Design and Re-engineering.  Working in an agile environment partnering with project managers and specialist supporting process change.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Prioritizing, managing and supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation of global HRPS processes and the supporting Citi technology
• Providing innovative approaches to ensure successful transformational change is implemented consistently across all HRPS sites globally.
• Conducting workshops and reviews in support of system redesign and HR  business process reengineering (BPR)
• Defining process narratives and documenting workflow , identifying opportunities for productivity and efficiency.
• Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously
• Developing global implementation plans engaging appropriate stakeholders , HR Business Partners, HR Delivery, HR disciplines, technology, legal and risk and control as appropriate.
• Accountable for defining HRP&D technology requirements, and overseeing the writing of detailed business and system design requirements
• Leveraging data to provide insights for the HRP&D on identifying future design and re-engineering opportunities
• Initiates the design, implementation and communication of key processes related to the processes managed by HRP&D.
• Ensures process design and re-engineering outcomes are effectively analyzed, reported and actioned
• Participates in ongoing communication across the global business to engage all global employees in initiatives, processes and updates
• Responsible for planning and forecasting requirements in terms of resource management and allocation of work within the workstream or project. 
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 10+ years experience
• Strong communication skills at all levels (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in agile and  autonomous environment.
