• Responsible for the effective planning, organizing, leading and managing end-to-end F1 Rice and F1 Corn Seeds Production Operations in compliance to company HSE Management System, Fair Labor Program, Quality Management System and other company mandated programs/ policies to ensure safety, ethics, quality, reliability, productivity and cost-effective.
• Establish and implement F1 Rice and F1 Corn Seed Production Operations systems, processes and tools from field to plant and ensure resources are available, activities are safely, properly & efficiently done and according to budget.

• Initiatives for sustainability projects including sustaining field capacity driven by some productivity projects recommendation such as Energy (renewable & efficiency), water and fertilizer utilization, etc.,

STAFF ASSISTANT

• Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Division Manager in her day-to-day activities and to the division in general on the daily administrative and operational requirements. Also, responsible for controlling documents related to the division’s QMS. Schedules and monitors the utilization of the division-assigned vehicle.
