Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical and administrative support, which includes general office tasks such as but not limited to handling mail, drafting correspondences, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining and archiving records, taking minutes and drafting meeting reports, assisting in preparation of departmental budgets to meet the needs of the team.
• Assist the team in communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide updates.
• Gather and upload documents in the HR system, ensuring completeness of the necessary documents.
• Provide a variety of business services such as arranging meeting room reservations, assist in the set-up and logistics for related events, functions and activities.
• Perform administrative control activities such as monitoring and processing of requisitions, ensure timely payment of invoices, monitor contracts and other similar tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years work related experience
• Preferably with experience in handling HR systems

• Perform contract acquisition function which includes but not limited to pricing/commercial strategy, preparation of contract, contract negotiation

• Perform contract management function ensuring contract compliance

• Participates actively in company’s branding initiatives and activities such as exhibits and sponsorships

• Develop presentations to internal/external customers

• Provide analysis of data to be used as presentation content

• Gather and manage data for market analysis through the use of basic data analysis methodologies.

• Make routine reports on market and customer analysis using word processing and spreadsheet capabilities

• Participate actively in the Company’s QESH programs, projects and activities.

• Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

This position will be responsible for delighting clients around Asia through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis. 

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Retail Measurement & Consumer Panel analytics and insights for a set of clients for a specific FMCG industry across a regional cluster 
• To coach and train insights associates within the assigned industry within their regional cluster 
• To own the planned/ad hoc category review presentations, by collaborating with Consulting (e.g. attending briefing session and check-in review sessions) and identifying workforce allocation within Insight Associates.  
• To own Thought Leadership output for the assigned industry within their cluster and partner with the Cluster Leader to drive Thought Leadership for their industry across all Asia. 
• Coaching and supporting performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer Packaged Goods clients around Asia 
• Working closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform customer experience 
• Support the cluster leader in team management and strategic initiatives
