• Partners with branch service teams to manage resources to meet contractual obligations.
• Provides accurate and prompt order management. Implements short and long range account plans to achieve management, financial, and customer objectives.
• In charge in providing assistance and support in the on-time completion of projects and ensuring that they are within budget.
• Defines project milestones, monitor and control project budget consumption and schedule, analyze progress reported against work schedules and recommend actions to improve progress.
• Provide analysis of data and reports
• Responsible for handling administrative tasks of the Project Execution Team.
• Perform on-going schedule tracking and analysis.
• Conducts Project Post-Mortem Analysis and Reporting.
• Perform project management functions

What we look for:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills, detailed oriented, can work well with a team and works under minimal supervision
• Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience
