Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management.

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects.   1. Collate relevant financial data for historical references such average prices, discounts, costs, margins, and volume
  2. Gather inputs from sales and marketing group in terms of target price, competitor’s prices, volume projections, data outliers (i.e. product promotions)
  3. Gather inputs from costing and inventory officer for product costing, inventory information, product lifecycle, SLOB considerations, critical costing assumptions.
  4. Provide a working template to synthesize all relevant reference, inputs and calculation in aid of pricing decision-making.

• To manage end to end pricing requests (SMP/SRP request) in terms of accuracy, timeliness and completeness, going through the required inputs from relevant department or personnel.

• To generate control and monitoring pricing reports such as price effect reports, pricing initiatives progress reports, price waterfall analysis and other pricing analytics.

• To maintain and keep updated all types of pricing records in different systems such as but not limited to Microsoft AX (including Trade Agreements), Salesforce Pricebook, Pricelists (Broadcasted Internal & External).

• To maintain and keep updated database of competitors equivalent products and prices periodically for purpose of providing supporting assumption on price positioning.

1. To provide insights and feedback to pricing committee in terms of pricing suggestions, pricing issues, price improvements and price competitiveness.

• Act as one of the focal members of the Consumer Intelligence and Consulting Group – primarily Research Operations
• Provide support and assistance with the management of research projects across industries
• Serve as the quality checking (QC) champion to ensure adherence with GfK and global research standards

Key responsibilities

We are seeking a driven, attention to detail Operations Officer – Data Validation to join our SKALE team to support in the following function

• Assist in verifying data submitted and correcting data that is labelled inaccurately for purpose of improving data and model accuracy
• Assist in compiling overall summary metrics based on this review and identifying trends
• Assist in addressing periodic client quality reviews
• Contribute to discussions with team on quality errors within assigned projects and help identify improvement areas

Responsibilities

• Enters / inputs data as needed in the customized data template application

What will you do?

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer will ensure all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. This role will work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in delivering service quality and customer satisfaction for the Shared Services Finance function in accordance with agreed KPIs.

AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices
• Ensure all Unidentified Receipts are allocated
• Issue AR Manual invoices from requests
• Update AR reports; Employee Recoverable and Unidentified
• Recover Unclaimed Monies related to the company
• Clear the AR Email Inbox; resolve queries, file remittances, and admin tasks
• Assist Bank reconciliation officers & accountants with banking queries
• Complete month-end tasks and reports
• Update AR documentation
• Support and promote process efficiency system improvement
• Inform management if identifying internal control and company policy breaches
• Provide feedback and support to management
• Assist with ad-hoc duties, tasks, when required.

Credit Officer Duties

• Delivery of invoices to clients electronically on day of issue
• Initial follow up of invoices after 7 days to ensure client has received the invoice and requires no further information or assistance
• Source additional information if requested to do so by the client
• Friendly Reminder that payment has not been received, where payment due date is missed by 2 days
• Demonstrate the ability to disseminate information for inclusion in the Aurecon Client Credit Risk Assessment Form (C-CRAF) for approval under the Delegation of Authority.
• Ordering of Credit Reports from Credit Reporting agencies.
• New client registration and management of information in the client database.
• New and reactivated Client Global reporting and audit.
• Monitoring and maintenance of clients inactive > 12 months as required under the Credit Policy.
• Working Capital Reporting and analysis for Credit Limit recommendation with appropriate DOA approval.
• Extended Terms reporting and ensuring approval is renewed when expired.
• Other duties as requested from time to time.

Training and Performance Development (within the Shared Services Finance Team)

• Work with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader to meet agreed training and performance development goals
• Actively work to achieve set goals
• Identify any knowledge gaps and escalate concerns to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader
