• Updates himself / herself with the recent developments in the area of international rules, regulations, policies and practices pertaining to Conformity Assessment.

• Issues technical guidelines and policies to ensure continuous and consistent adherence to TFS Business Rules, Country Instructions and other technical requirements for inspection body (ISO/IEC 17020) and product certification body (ISO/IEC 17065).

The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

1. Guide the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors. 
2. Recommend improvements, implements and monitors subcontracting process and procedures. 
3. Recommend, proposes improvement on subcontracting procedure in the system. 
4. Support in the execution of  subcontracting signed agreements.  Ensures all the requirements are submitted and complied. 
5. Consolidates and ensures subcontractor’s concern and/or incidents not limited to operational issues are resolved swiftly and recommend resolution. 
6. Facilitates approval of additional subcon plantilla, consolidates and updates on the plantilla registry.

The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management. 

The BIR Lead will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Lead is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals.

Your Responsibilities

This position is co-responsible and accountable for the technical requirement/services for Animal Nutrition (AN) products to help achieve sales target of the Company  

Job Scope:

1. Technical requirement of Animal Nutrition products
2. Technical training of Sales & Marketing employees on animal nutrition and products
3. Technical service and troubleshooting assistance to customers on Animal Nutrition
4. Technical support on R&D of AN new product development or product improvement

Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and maintains relationships with end users / customers through technical nutrition services such as farm audit, training of farm/feed mill personnel, feed / premix formulation, etc.)

1. Handles troubleshooting of product related complaint of customers.
2. Assists in evaluating feedback on field performance of AN products and provides regular reports to Superior.
3. A Conducts farm / university trials to establish / validate efficacy of AN products, analyzes, interprets results and provide technical write-up.
4. Conducts product presentations on AN product and participates in other demand-creation activities that will support achievement of sales target.
5. Helps in preparing Animal Nutrition Training Plan and conducts training of Sales Team on animal nutrition, AN products and sales tools (i.e., mycotoxin analyzer, NIR machine)
6. Helps in formulating Animal Nutrition Technical Plan indicating activities and strategies to strengthen image as reliable technical service provider to target customers.
7. Helps in developing and maintaining business relationship with Nutritionists, Consultants, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the academe and industry.
8. Provides technical assistance to R&D Department for AN new product development / improvement.
9.  Represents the company in professional organizations, industry associations and trade events.

The Information Security Officer will plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security protocols for the protection of the TSA’s computer networks and information.   

The Information Security Officer will foster collaboration between IT and business units, ensuring compliance in Technology programs and projects, and working closely with Internal and External Audit teams throughout the process. They will also manage the process of gathering, analysing, and assessing information security and privacy threats while maintaining and monitoring evolving security best practices. 

Information Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing information security, cybersecurity and IT risk management programs based on industry-accepted information security and risk management frameworks. This individual will be an integral part of the Information Technology organisation reporting directly to the VP of Engineering to help improve and communicate the maturity levels of information security, state of cybersecurity and IT risk practices across TSA. 

Responsibilities

• Document controller
  - Collate and organise documents related to compliance against international standards and regulatory requirements
  - Engage with ISMS stakeholders and other business unit heads and representatives in collecting pertinent documents
  - Manage documents and track versions, changes, and revisions according to emerging trends, regulatory and industry standard requirements
• Compliance management
  - Work with the information security team in performing gap analysis, policy and procedure development
  - Review and assess compliance of initiatives against adopted standards of the organisation (ISO 27001:2022, PCI DSS, etc.)
  - Review and assess compliance requirements against regulations of Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), National Privacy Commission (NPC) for the Philippines, and Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) for New Zealand.
  - Review and assess compliance requirements against other pertinent regulations such as GDPR and other similar privacy and security regulations, and international standards such as CIS Controls, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST RMF, and other similar standards.
• Governance and risk management
  - Assist the information security team in engaging with ISMS stakeholders of the TSA security governance program initiatives and requirements.
  - Assist the information security team in third-party risk management and other pertinent process and procedures related to managing security risks over vendors and third-party service providers.
  - Perform risk assessments and risk reviews pertinent to the ISMS according to ISO 27001, PCI DSS and other relevant security and privacy standards.
  - Provide security awareness to all employees by means of presentations, communications and other methodologies adopted by TSA and provide recommendations for strengthening and ensuring delivery of the security awareness campaign.
•  Security Incident management
  - Work with the information security team in reviewing, revising, and developing incident response plan and playbook
  - Regularly perform preparations and capability assessments and testing of incident response of TSA
  - Collaborate with information security team and IT specialists and engineers in determining areas for improvement with regards to incident response handling
• Cyber threat intelligence and vulnerability management
  - Perform threat intelligence through OSINT and other open-source methodologies
  - Assist the information security team in preparation and planning VAPT and red teaming activities
  - Develop, collate, and manage related documents in threat and vulnerability management.

As a Legal Onboarding & Business Junior Officer you will:

• Assist the team with the coordination and preparation of fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset classes e.g. real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure, as well as Corporate structures with the guidance of your line manager.
• Coordinate between various internal and external stakeholders, with the guidance of your line manager, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients until handover to the operational teams, including the following team duties:
  • AML/ KYC analysis, and driving our internal compliance approval process;
  • Bank account opening coordination;
  • Preparation, and coordinating the review, of service agreements;
  • Attend weekly calls with clients, as well as other key stakeholders;
  • Coordinating the review of legal documents for the structure setup;
  • Actively manage the communication between the client and all stakeholders; and
  • Track and perform all Luxembourg regulatory filings during the onboarding phase.

Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience
• Previous experience using ERP system
• Demonstrated ability to drive change through process improvement
• Experience in Other Admin type roles; with high volume transactions
• Flexibility to do more than AP (Be able to work with business as it evolves to help manage different Receivable, types including Accounts Receivable, and administrative tasks)

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the Retail industry
• Experience in MS AX and D 365 environments
• Experience in Concur
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Lease administration

What will you do?

Main Duties:

• Contributing to technical development and training of finance team members
• Process Invoices daily, including working with other stakeholders to verify any errors
• Post the invoices accurately in system
• Working with supplier and sourcing teams to ensure stock is invoiced at correct prices in AP sub-ledger.
• Matching prepayments to invoices before end of month.
• Completing monthly creditor reconciliations for all suppliers including commentary for all reconciling items.
• Performing general administrative and behavioral tasks as required.
