Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this Associate role is responsible for attracting visitors to the stores by encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer and enjoy more. He/She strives towards making people smile and build trust for the IKEA store among customers, co-workers, and suppliers. He/She also provides irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our customers a good reason to return.

The Investment Manager, now also serving as the FP&A Lead for the Meats Division, plays a pivotal role in preparing essential financial analyses, forecasts, and valuation studies that inform strategic financial and operational decisions across the organization, with a specific focus on the Meats Division. In addition to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data used in decision-making for the broader Food Group, this role now entails a concentrated responsibility for identifying and interpreting key trends and insights within the Meats Division, which could significantly impact investment performance and strategic direction. Their expanded expertise and insights are critical in guiding senior management and stakeholders, particularly in decisions related to the Meats Division, thereby enhancing the organization's ability to achieve successful
investment outcomes in this specific sector.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Ensures thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness in the preparation and basic analysis of the financials of one or more divisions of Food Group to support reportorial requirements. These reports include but not limited to the following:
  •  Internal: BOD, EXCOM, MANCOM, etc.
  •  External: Banks, Government institutions, etc.
• Prepares thorough, accurate, and timely ad hoc reports requiring basic analysis and coordination with requesting departments ensuring integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Ensures thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness of ad hoc reports requiring deeper analysis due to higher degree of complexity and confidentiality.
• Closely coordinates with different departments in the Food Group to ensure that relevant financial and operational information is reported and the integrity and confidentiality of the information is kept.

Valuation and Investment Analysis

• Builds financial models and valuation cases, and performs investment analysis for expansions, new businesses, initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Provides analytical support to Executives, Business Development team, Corporate Strategy team, and other operational teams across the Food Group.
• Conducts post-mortem analysis and investment lookback after achieving milestones of investment projects.
• Prepares presentation materials and presents investment analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, and communicates key insights and findings in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all parties have a thorough understanding of the investment strategy and potential risks and rewards.

Capital Budgeting

• Assists in the preparation/updating of the 10-Year Warchest grounded on the Food Group strategy
• Collaborates with the Country Teams in gathering inputs/updates to the long-term forecasts

FP&A Lead Specific Roles

• Supervise the FP& A Meats Analyst
• Leads the financial planning and analysis for the Meats Division, ensuring alignment with overall Food Group strategies.
• Develops and implements financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives in the Meats Division.
• Monitors financial performance of the Meats Division, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with F&N and Meats Division unit leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational financial plans.

Others

• Provides support to CFOs, COOs, Country Directors and Controllers, Mill Managers, and other executives, particularly in running financial and scenario analyses for both tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Provides research support to Treasury, and Risk & Commodity departments, particularly in data gathering and analysis of key economic indicators that are regularly monitored by the Food Group.
• Provides cash, debt, and working capital analysis for one or more divisions of the Food Group.
• Attends meetings and discussions related to the Finance Investments function, and participate in cross-functional teams as needed to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Performs other financial analysis/tasks assigned by the AVP Finance Investments/VP
• Corporate Finance as needed or as business conditions change.

• Responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics to drive demand
• Implement strategies to increase user leads and conversion rates through online and offline marketing
• Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the customer funnel, identifying and addressing potential drop-offs
• Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for improving the application user interface and user journey
• Analyze marketing data on the coverage area’s customer funnel and commuting habits, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Work with creative team to coordinate and execute local and branding events
  Handle overall strategy and execution of regional campaigns, content management, partnerships, and digital marketing for assigned coverage area.
• Oversee on-ground campaign activations, working closely with the regional marketing teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
• Monitor and manage the regional marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Responsible for gathering user feedback via FGDs and cascading this information to relevant internal teams in order to improve conversion and engagement

• Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant fields such as Marketing, business  administration/management
• Have a deep understanding of local market behaviour and pain-points, especially in the  transportation category in the Visayas Region (Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Bacolod)
• Relevant working experience of above 5 years in a Regional Marketing function • Excellent marketing sense, strong communication skills in the assigned coverage area

The role

You will be our evangelist to kick off and develop our retail journey in the Philippines! You are responsible for operational and customer excellence, training and people development, financial profitability of our stores and retail expansion in the Philippines.

You will play a pivotal role in developing a positive culture in our retail team and a cohesive omni experience, working closely with HQ to identify opportunities and establish strategies to increase brand equity, best in class customer experience and store performances in the market. Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will analyse, interpret and report operational business results to ensure that the overall success of our stores is attained.

Main responsibilities

People: Team Management & Leadership

• Meet company KPIs by leading, coaching, and mentoring stores team to create a strong and positive Love, Bonito team culture inline with our values and mission
• Develop a high performing, highly driven, positive and collaborative working environment and champion employee engagement by building internal career development, skills and capabilities

Processes: Retail SOPs & Operations

• Build automated processes to increase productivity and ensure internal audits, procedures and efficiency in all store operations aspects
• Analyse all opportunities and recommend ways to optimise customer journey, improve our Retail SOPs: store conditions, layout, displays, merchandising, campaigns, launches, staff services, omnichannel features etc
• Support locally new stores opening process (site handover, POS system implementation)

Performances: Sales results

• Run and lead weekly performance reviews with the local to deep-dive into issues (must understand the why), develop next steps and ensure that business is on track with targets
• Monitor and optimise inventory; ensure tight inventory management and health with distribution channel strategy and processes for clearance
• Develop NPS score with a customer centric approach (reviews, collecting omnichannel insights)

Partnership: Cross functional internal collaboration and external strategic relationships

• Collaborate closely with HQ departments (Merchandising, Training, Retail Ops, VM) for the new store openings and stores operations
• Report to senior management on progress and issues by constantly evaluating performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Build external strategic partnerships with 3rd party vendors (Global Contractors, Malls Landlords)

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years working in a fast-paced high growth consumer/retail company (fashion is a plus)
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
• Analytical, numerate and proficient in Excel and other analytics tools
• Minimum of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
