We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. You should also be able to identify ways to decrease the restaurant's operational costs.

Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.

Effective communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.

About the Job

We are seeking an Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the full onboarding cycle. This role will oversee the Onboarding team for both Manila and other sites in the Philippines. 

As Onboarding Supervisor, You Will…

• Be responsible for the full onboarding cycle 
• Create and/or update policies to outline the onboarding process
• Oversee the entire team and provide mentoring/coaching to team members
• Work and coordinate with managers and stakeholders to address onboarding issues, or new educational needs regarding specific employees and/or departments
• Attend meetings related to Recruitment and Onboarding to fully understand the needs of hiring requirements
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

As Onboard Supervisor, You Have…

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years onboarding with recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume, call center environment or related industry
• Must have 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Amenable to work in various locations, including our Clark and Cebu sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
• Strong teamwork skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement. 

• Assists the L&D Manager in the selection and training of department trainers. 

• Assists and conducts Training Programs if needed. 

• Assist in conducting assessment/interviews for talents and other related tasks for recruitment. Interview limited up to Casual and Supervisor candidates. 

• Assist in L&D and T&C day-to-day activities in general. 

• Ensures efficient office administration procedures. 

• Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system 

• Ensures training documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality 

• Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system as required 

• Liaises with the local labor authority for all related matters as assigned by the Learning and development manager. 

• Assists in the compilation and accuracy of the departmental operations manuals, job tasks lists and task breakdowns 

• Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates. 

• Assists the Learning and development manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses. 

• Assists in conducting associate survey according to HR plan.
