1. Develop digital marketing strategies that will grow the Food Group’s followers, engage and retain them, and convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of Aboitiz Foods.
2. Collaborate with Communications team on content plan and ensure that content are distributed and amplified across pertinent channels in a timely and effective manner
3. Oversee the production of various types of content regularly, to expand Aboitiz Foods’ digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads for social media, e-commerce, and website.
4. Ensure brand consistency in social media messages by working with various departments, including but not limited to brand, product category managers, marketing, and sales.
5. Help create and implement effective media buying and performance marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing Data Analytics

1. Utilize analytics tools and techniques to analyze digital marketing data, identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and formulate effective strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
2. Define relevant KPIs aligned with business goals, track campaign performance across various digital channels, and conduct in-depth analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 
3. Regularly report findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
4. Design and execute controlled experiments to test different marketing strategies, messaging variations, ad formats, and audience targeting approaches.
5. Work closely with internal teams such as category marketing, Finance and IT to gather and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, at both the front as well as the back of house areas.

• Works with fellow staffs and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential.

• Completes closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.

• Communicate with customers, suppliers and back office teams to ensure inspection booking are containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection;
• Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules; and 
• Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.

The Protocol Supervisor ensures that our front-line services run without disruptions. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management, the Reservations Supervisor is a key player in supervising and managing the room inventory of Raffles & Fairmont Makati.

You will passionately train and lead our team to success, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations for the Reservations department.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team, and has the skills to work closely with other departments to ensure our Hotels meet their objectives.

To be selected in this role you will have full Australian working rights.  You are detail oriented, organised, a clear communicator, possess an outcome driven approach to performance and results, and a natural ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.

Operation

• Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set
• Supervise public areas
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to
• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms
• Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness
• Maintain a section floor report
• Conduct regular room checklists
• Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive Housekeeper
• Record room status in allocated section accurately
• Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performance
