About the job:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with day-to-day operation activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will include records management, legal research, due diligence reports, drafting agreements , documents review
• Admin tasks
• Some other tasks as needed and assigned by the client.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as paralegal
• Tools: Microsoft office tools, google docs
• Good communications and written skills
• Someone who understands contracts
