Forecasting
 Support the Head of Commercial Philippines with inputs for an accurate sales forecast
 Responsible for the accuracy and currency of data in CRM tools (Salesfore)
Offers & Sales
 Responsible for Sales campaigns for assigned accounts as per her/his mandate, including
achievement of financial objectives (Gross margins, Down and final payment collection)
 Support the preparation of winning offers with accurate sales inputs-capture plan, sales
strategy, strategic paper, win price, drivers to customer satisfaction based on market
knowledge
 Negotiate and conclude contracts within the delegated mandate
 Escalate for approval to the relevant management any deviations to the policies beyond the
delegated mandate
 Responsible for timely payment collection
Marketing & Communications
 In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials to answer to
local market developments
 Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining)
 Take lead in organizing events to support strategic objectives
 Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution (including pre-owned entries and exits)
 Analysis of competitors; marketing and sales initiatives, fleet evolution

 Participate to the Front Office team (Clear & Efficient Front Office) for the assigned accounts
Customer Satisfaction
 Responsible for the identification and measurement of all Sales drivers of Customer
Satisfaction for the assigned accounts
 Responsible for the continuous improvement of Customer Satisfaction with regards to Sales
activities for the assigned accounts, in line with the Regional Customer Satisfaction Plan
Business Development
 Support implementation of AH or Regional Business Development initiatives. Provide return
of experiences.
Compliance
 Apply Airbus Helicopters Ethics & Compliance policy at all times
 Contribute to BDSI Files preparation as required
 Collect “Know Your Customer / AML “ inputs on time for proper assessment

KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team Lead to join our Delivery Operation team in Rockwell, Makati Philippines office.

He/she will drives and supports Front Line (FL) planning activities across New Business Solutions and Modernization, resulting in the agreed and aligned sales plan, installation resource plan, materials plan and financial forecast. S&OP Team Lead is accountable for S&OP process performance in terms of plan accuracy, cross-functional participation and proactive decision making by all stakeholders.

He/She is the expert go-to person for FL/Area/Global staff for all S&OP content, process, data and tools. What will you be doing?

• Provide analysis of product mix trends, forecast accuracy root causes to identify forecast improvements, and lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts.

• Accountable for implementing and maintaining the process by training, coaching, influencing, and supporting all projects.

• Preparing meaningful, decision-making material for monthly Executive Meeting (incl. regional demand plan consolidation, mix/trend analysis, risk and opportunity identification, financial scenario analysis, explanation of historical variation to plan for all projects)

• Support Delivery Operations team

• Resolves any planning related master data inaccuracies or issues

• Ensures that order book is updated by the operations team

• Drive the In-Process Review (IPR) meeting with all stakeholders, prepare analysis after IPR review and forecast cost updated in SAP

• Pro-actively to liaise with Operations, Sourcing, CSE and Finance to understand the Risk and Opportunities of IPR selected projects. Also agreed on corrective actions, define responsibilities and deadlines, and share learnings

• Focus on all milestones planning by networks level, IPR status and financial impact, Cash to Cost, Project Costing by Networks and RE level (Actual + Commitment cost vs. Forecast) and take necessary action to close the gaps

• Ensures that other order booking absolutes have been met and quality of required deliverables is adequate for order booking

• Validate the Supporting Documents from Project Admins and Sales

• Installation resource planning - Collaborates with Project Managers by optimize installation resource utilization (sub-con, labour and tools) by preparing capacity and solving imbalances with Operations & Sourcing (Front Line, Area and Global)

Are you the one?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting role in a multinational working environment

• Prior working experience implementing cross functional processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Application especially MS Excel and SAP.

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with every level of the organization.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, especially in English

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Service Efficiency

• Resolve customer complaints, leads and inquiries as a matter of urgency and importance using 2/24 complaints procedure
• Monitor and update the implementation of Fixed Service scheduling for both PC & IH
• Monitor and ensure the timely submission of copies of service card, service report or other service document as required for invoice attachment
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of all required reports and documents. (SOS, KPI, SHE, 2/24, PCF replenishment, etc)
• Maintain good communication and coordination with Service team, Sales team, Credit and Collection, Operation Excellence and Finance team

Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensure all required reports and returns are prepared accurately, submitted on time and in line with the business requirements
• Monitor and ensure all required documents like Service Agreements/Job Acceptance, SRS, IDAR, Credit checklist, client info sheet, etc. are available and complete for New Business and Jobs Sales prior to any service being carried out by technicians
• Responsible for the monthly generation of Credit Notes (CN) as a result of incomplete or non service to customers with validated attachments of Service Card, SRS and Invoice. Generated CN must be verified by the Service Manager and forwarded to Opex team in Manila Office before every month end cut off
• Responsible for managing the branch’s Petty Cash Fund. Ensure proper controls and approval matrix implemented
• Partner with branch collector in AR monitoring and follow up of collections from customer

Customer Development

• Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and “2/24” policy
• Conduct regular after-service calls to customers to maintain good business relationship and thus help improve our customer retention
• To be aware of potential new business sales & up-selling/cross selling opportunities
• Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.

Risk Management

• Responsible for managing fraud risks
• Assist Management in the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud
• Raise the level of fraud awareness in daily business function and obtain management's support in addressing key issues identified
• Advise immediate superiors of any changes in the Branch which may significantly affect Company’s business, or result in litigation either with customers or within the business
