Your Role Purpose & ObjectiveÂ
The role purpose is to enable effortless home improvement through supporting tradies to build and expand their businesses.Â
Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries that come from tradies that request more information about joining the hipages platform, communicate the key benefits of the web based advertising new customers will receive as a member of hipages.Â
You know you are successful when you are converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, you’re able to use your expertise on the hipages product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.Â

â—Ź Experience in a phone based role taking a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working to sales targets and KPI’s.Â

â—Ź Have built a solid understanding of the hipages platform and be able to use this knowledge to maximise sales conversion rates and revenueÂ
â—Ź Be competent with the CRM system and be able to use it to effectively manage your sales pipelineÂ
● Have a basic understanding of the hipages journey after they’ve signed up onto the platform
 ● Have a basic understanding of the Sales Policy and follow the outlined guidelinesÂ
â—Ź Be an expert in selling the benefits of hipages to tradiesÂ
â—Ź Have developed a basic understanding of the Licensing requirements for each state and use
 this knowledge to ensure we only let qualified tradies onto the hipages platformÂ
â—Ź Regularly met and exceeded weekly sales targets and KPI’sÂ
In the first 6 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered:Â
â—Ź Be an expert on the hipages platform and use this knowledge to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenueÂ
â—Ź Be an expert in the CRM System and use it to maximise sales resultsÂ
â—Ź Be an expert in the Sales Policy and consistently follow the outlined guidelines
â—Ź Be an expert on the hipages customer journey for tradies after they sign up and be able to articulate this to tradies when neededÂ
â—Ź Be an expert on what Licenses are required in each stateÂ
