The role is part of the Source to Pay Team supporting the risk management of Third-Party Business Partners. The role is expected to do assigned tasks with direct supervision. Under direct supervision, the role will perform multiple tasks including serving as a point of contact for suppliers and requestors and collaborating closely with various teams, including Procurement, Cross-Functional Partners, Requisition to Receipt and Invoice to Pay Teams, and Accounts Payable and Receivable. 

• Analyze and review new supplier request forms by conducting thorough investigations and background checks; verify their legitimacy and compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure updated information is reflected in all relevant systems.
• Communicate in a timely manner with requesting departments and relevant users to clarify needs and requirements; document findings and provide recommendations for approval or rejection.
• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and requestors. Address and resolve supplier and requestor inquiries and issues with the guidance of senior members of the team and the Team Lead.
• Maintain and update key contact information for both new and existing suppliers. Guide onboarding and use of Inherent Risk questionnaire (IRQ), and other supplier-related activities
• Support the retriggering of IRQ processes as needed (e.g. due to changes in key contact information).
• Update the tracker on IRQ progress and highlight any overdue tasks and IRQs that have timed out; generate and review reports on IRQ progress
• Maintain records of IRQ monitoring activities
• Monitor the status of active IRQs to ensure timely processing and completion. Identify and address any delays or issues in the IRQ process with the support of the senior members of the team/Team Lead.
• Support the timeout process for IRQs, ensuring that any IRQs that exceed predefined time limits are appropriately addressed by coordinating with users. Helped develop and apply corrective measures to prevent future timeouts.
• Review and analyze paused IRQs by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to identify root causes, then determine the next steps to resume of cancel the onboarding. Document decisions and communicate outcomes to relevant parties
• Support the recertification process of suppliers, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of recertification documents. Track the status and update the recertification records in the supplier database accordingly.
• Review and record all third-party data within service level agreement (SLAs) timely and accurately.
• Make recommendations for updating the Ecosystem with process and policy changes and a knowledge base.
• Test any system enhancements when necessary
• Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with SLA, process, policies, and procedures.

• Assists business development initiatives and implementation of technical advisory services, sales and marketing activities, and in other activities that will drive business growth and profitability.
• Assists the management, marketing and sales teams in various digital marketing plans and activities (Social Media campaigns, chatbot, Online store, etc.).

Specific Responsibilities   

SALES

• Enquiry management.  Ensure all client enquiries (regardless of source) are attended to in an approachable, professional, and prompt manner, including generation of proposals and coordinating with SGS affiliates.
• Proactively contacts new customers via phone or other media tools to offer SGS services and successfully generate business.
• Monitor dormant accounts (6 months inactive or no business being covered by field sales.
• Inactive accounts are considered new customer or prospects.
• Client experience management.  Develop initiatives and programs geared towards delivery of excellent customer experience regardless of channel (walk-in, phone, web, etc.).  This includes establishing and monitoring key customer service KPIs, creation of innovative programs and strategies so that the client experience of SGS is truly personal and memorable that fits the SGS brand.
• New client needs identification.  Establish ways in which new client needs and market trends are identified, captured and shared to business development and sales teams.
• Build-up of customer database and generate relevant market and customer information through surveys and research.

MARKETING:

• Coordinates very closely with Business Manager for National Program developments meeting industry needs.
• Assists sales team to achieve revenue target for the newly launched services in pilot geographical locations.
• Coordinates events for new service launching and technical trainings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules & assignments, and coordinating marketing materials.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
• Complies with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives including, but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and capitalize on new sales and business opportunities in order to meet required revenue targets within defined target areas.
• Prepare individual sales and marketing programs and action plans in line with the overall business strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth objectives of the business.

• Performs assigned tasks related to timesheets such as compiling, reviewing, and posting of timekeeping data.
• Reviews timesheets and verifies attendance or hours worked.
• Provides support on the weekly close process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.
• Run nightly revenue process.
• Answers simple timekeeping inquiries using company systems based on established guidelines and standard processes.
• Prepares reports such as post-payroll reports based on the stakeholder’s requirements.
• Escalates identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintains the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporates documentation updates as required.
• Performs multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreements, process, policies, and procedures.
• Gathers information and documentation to assist in investigating and resolving issues within the assigned process.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.
