• Provide MEP cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new tools and business processes and minimize resistance to changes. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact Visa’s employees. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. • Disseminates lead within other markets to the Sales person responsible in a timely manner
