Key Responsibilities:  

• Manages all aspect of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management

• Works directly with clients and spearheads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday eco-system

• Oversees team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests. Resource coordination and allocation for team members prioritizing tasks/CRs within team

• Oversees team forecasting and utilization

• Will work on post go-live major change requests and/or enhancements’ End to End Testing and partners with customers in all phase of project up to hypercare support

• Manages day-to-day team operations in identifying and establishing processes, standards, and key metrics

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field is required

• Strong Workday implementation experience

• 5 years’ experience with Workday  

• SME of at least 1 Workday Module

• With Workday supplemental Certification is an advantage (Studio, CCTPP, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, Expense, Budgets etc.)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

• Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize.

• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

• Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

The Trainer, Quote Desk has the primary responsibility of supporting the Quote Desk team to evaluate their needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. Sales Associate – Role and Responsibilities

• Play the role of a “Junior Inside Account Manager” and/or “Junior Inside Account Specialist”
• Implement and execute high-velocity sales process through high volume calls and email outreach, account penetration, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, and solution-based selling
• Generate and convert sales opportunities from select products within the Aptean installed base by utilizing all provided channels of communication to contact and reach prospects and clients

The Successful Applicant - Requirements

·       At least 1 year of work experience in the BPO setting, supporting a global company

• Familiarity in high velocity sales environment
• A go-getter with the ability to aggressively hunt, close deals, maintain client relationships, and sell wide and deep within assigned accounts
• Knowledge and experience with business growth techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, challenger and value selling, and closing deals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills using English language
• Great team player with a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work and be motivated independently
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with using Salesforce and other CRM is an advantage
