About the job:

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team and become a pivotal force in the vibrant landscape of advertising. This role is designed for individuals who excel in the art of persuasion through cold emails and LinkedIn prospecting. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in selling premium advertising slots in our client's newsletter, employing your expertise in non-calling sales strategies. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted cold email campaigns to engage potential advertisers and effectively communicate the value proposition of advertising slots in the client's newsletter.
• Leverage LinkedIn prospecting strategies to identify and connect with prospective clients, fostering relationships and generating interest in our advertising opportunities.
• Navigate through lead lists with precision, identifying high-potential prospects and strategically prioritizing outreach efforts.
• Execute non-calling sales techniques, utilizing exceptional written communication skills to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Specialize in selling premium advertising slots in the client's newsletter, showcasing a deep understanding of the audience and tailoring pitches to align with advertiser needs.

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or as a sales representative.
• Demonstrate familiarity with cryptocurrency, showcasing a solid understanding of the industry landscape.
• Exhibit proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator or conducting sales outreach through LinkedIn, leveraging these platforms for effective prospecting and relationship-building.

Position : Marketing Assistant

Pay Range : $800-1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. SEO: Proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization techniques.
2. Digital Advertising: Proficient in various digital advertising channels including SEM, social media, and PPC.
3. Social Media Marketing: Experience in creating and executing effective social media campaigns.
4. Analytics: Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Hubspot Reporting, and Big Query for data analysis.
5. Data Visualization: Proficient in Looker Studio for creating insightful visual representations of data.
6. Video Creation & Editing: Skills in creating and editing compelling marketing videos.
7. Automations: Experience with tools like Zapier, HubSpot workflows, and Pipedream for workflow automation.

PLUS:

1. Photo Editing: Proficiency in basic photo editing tools.
2. Web Scraping: Understanding of web scraping techniques.
3. Copywriting: Ability to create engaging and persuasive written content.
4. Cold Calling: Experience in B2B cold calling and communication.
5. B2B Content Creation: Skills in generating content tailored for B2B audiences.

The Marketing Associate in this role is accountable for the support of the client-marketing / client-facing activities (B2B) in the Philippines including events and roadshows planning and execution (30% of capacity), and for the support of the Head of Marketing for Regional Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia) for the cluster-wide reporting of all marketing services, affluent and cross-border activities (70% of capacity)

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to prospective customers, building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets (closing deals). The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to ensure long-term customer loyalty.

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Keep track of sales activities and document customer interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system.

• Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as with other departments such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to sales and account management.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• B2B experience is a plus
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field is required. Candidates with experience in the same or related industry may be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other sales and marketing tools.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy.
• Willing to work in Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
