Salary Range: $800 - $1200 monthly

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by conducting outreach through emails, setting up meetings, and facilitating discovery calls. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant SDR experience, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a preference for candidates with prior experience in a Marketing agency and a B2B environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outreach through email campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and discovery calls with potential clients.
3. Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
4. Utilize CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage and track leads and opportunities.
5. Maintain clear and concise records of all interactions in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business strategies.
7. Provide regular updates on lead generation activities to the sales team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
2. Proficient in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
3. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace and communication platforms like Slack.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Prior experience working in a Marketing agency is preferred.
6. B2B experience is highly desirable.
7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.

Salary: P100,000 - P130,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Content Writer or Content Marketing Specialist in a relevant industry.
• Knowledgeable, ideally with direct content experience, in investment banking, private equity, and/or venture capital industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with SEO, Content Management Systems, and Social Media Patforms.
• Experience with Hubspot , Google Analytics, SEM Rush.

Nice to Have:

• Financial/ SaaS/ B2B industry is an advantage - with at least a basic understanding of the jargon of the financial industry.
• Salesforce experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication across various platforms.
• Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media updates, and white papers.

SEO and Content Optimization:

• Optimize all content for search engines to improve organic reach.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic.

Content Strategy Development:

• Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze web traffic metrics and social media engagement to understand content performance.
• Adjust content strategy based on analytics and performance indicators.

Market Research:

• Stay updated with industry trends and content marketing best practices.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
