About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative who has a  passion for technology, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a track record of achieving KPIs and activity targets. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Screen inbound sales leads with data-driven insights and workflows for the internal sales team
• Leverage our revenue tech stack: Pipedrive,Reply.io, Slack, Missive, and G-Suite to track sales activities, generate reports, manage outbound email campaigns, assure CRM data hygiene, and more. 
• Engage with the internal sales team to support their needs and help them track and manage data, activities, scheduling, and reporting. 
• Schedule and organize bookings/appointments for the sales team
• Work closely with the sales team to move opportunities through the sales funnel and achieve set quotas. 
• Track and report on sales performance data, providing insights and solutions to improve processes and strategies. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to improve the overall efficiency of the Revenue team. 
• Directing inbound sales inquiries to designated representatives.
• Reply to customer inquiries at top-of-funnel inbound sales

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Hands-on experience with our specific sales tech stack or similar tools (Pipedrive,  Missive, Slack, Reply (or Outreach) is essential. 
•  Proficiency in CRM data management, list building, enrichment, and tracking sales data. 
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. 
• High level of self-motivation and results-driven mindset. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Capable of managing multiple appointments and inbound requests promptly

The role

You will be responsible for executing email (eDM) campaigns and launching new communication channels in our key markets, ensuring that our subscribers are engaged as part of the Love, Bonito community. Main Responsibilities

• Under the Integrated Marketing team, drive the global digital marketing communications calendar through all newsletter eDMs for all countries
• Improve and optimise eDM metrics and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance
• Performance tracking: Report performance of eDMs and share key learnings to be applied to similar markets
• Plan and conduct A/B testing to ensure segments, content, frequency, and timing of eDMs are optimised
• Collaborate with product team to implement and track performance of new email features
• Work with CRM & Loyalty team to build segmentation strategy for newsletter eDMs for campaigns
• Support Integrated Marketing team in working with countries and set new rituals to ensure that local campaigns have eDM content corresponding to the country's marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer marketing marketing touchpoints are aligned, such as website banners, during campaigns
• Be the main internal point of contact for contact management, segment management, and email creation on Emarsys 
• Research competitors and their eDM strategies to find the growth opportunities
• Launch weekly and campaign newsletter eDMs for SG MY AU ROW: create segments, build email campaign on Emarsys, schedule emails

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with promotional and behavioural eDMs
• Experience working in a fast growing consumer company, with an interest in e-commerce and fashion
• Proficient in Excel
• Comfortable working with data and data analytics tools
• Track record of strong stakeholder engagement and communication finesse
• Proactive and ready to jump in hands-on when required

The role

You will be responsible for contributing to the growth strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand and reaching new customers in our focus markets by leveraging on growth marketing and SEO. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Main responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and the customer journey in order to reach and convert the right audience by leveraging on growth marketing and SEO
• Collaborate with other members of the Growth team, Analytics, Brand, Finance and country teams to strategize, plan and execute new customer growth initiatives
• Define and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition while managing ROI and efficiency constraints
• Leverage data and analytics to find new growth & optimization opportunities and identify key drivers for customer acquisition 
• Translate analytics and insights into actionables. Measure and communicate effectiveness of growth initiatives, and channels performance

Drive customer acquisition and reach the most relevant audience

• Drive strategy and execution of all paid advertising channels (Search, Social, Programmatic Display, Affiliate) and be responsible for all performance marketing KPIs across markets; work closely with all of advertising / technology partners (e.g. Google, Facebook etc.) to implement best practice of full digital advertising setup to achieve optimal growth and efficiency
• Regular reporting to optimise the performance of campaigns across markets and share insights across all levels, and identify opportunities for growth
• Measure, analyse and report performance of paid, affiliate and onsite channels and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning
• Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments,  incrementality tests and present data-driven recommendations for traffic growth and new customer acquisition in an agile manner.
• Strategize and plan new initiatives with data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and improve on them with regular testing
• Work with cross functional teams to optimise ad creatives and audience targeting to drive better conversions and ROAS
• Coordinate and partner with analytics, data engineering and product team to improve marketing automation, attribution model and data tracking
• Act as a functional expert and thought leader in cross-functional projects by providing best practices and consultation from a growth marketing and customer acquisition perspective
