• Utilize Cap Cut to produce engaging videos based on current trends and user-generated content (UGC).
• Balance video and graphic design tasks according to the marketing strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to create multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media platforms (TikTok and Instagram particularly).
• Video editing skills, proficiency in Cap Cut application.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and understanding of customer service best practices.
• A creative mindset with the ability to identify and follow digital trends.

Position : Director of Sales & Support

Working Hours : 9am - 5PM M-F, Central Standard Time

Salary Range : $2500-$3500

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience in the customer support field, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding performance goals.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in Hubspot is required.
