Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Marketing and Leasing Officer. As a Marketing and Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and secure leases for our properties. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to generate interest and attract potential tenants for commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available spaces to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company policies and market trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of lease documentation and related paperwork.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to the Management for marketing property and for improving lessees satisfaction
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure high occupancy rates and build tenant satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and leasing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
