Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Working Hours/Shift: Monday -Friday; 9 am-6 pm EST
Salary Range: $1200 monthly
A FLAVOUR OF THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist hungry to make their mark and
take the reins of all things digital for an emerging healthy food brand.
In this role you will get a well-rounded taste for startup brand marketing with a particular focus on
amplifying the brand message across our key digital channels. You’ll work closely with the founder to
drive the execution of fully integrated marketing plans as we scale the brand internationally. Joining a
small but hungry team, you will be part of a group focused on delivering exceptional results through
outside-the-box thinking, creative activation and excellent execution. You’ll have a unique opportunity
to further develop into a well-rounded Marketeer, with scope over time for the right candidate to work
on every single interaction our audience has with the brand. If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves and

THE BREAD AND BUTTER
â—Ź Lead all things digital and organic social leveraging both to win brand love and to drive online
engagement.. extra points for a natural passion for storytelling, a creative flair and keen eye for
design and trends
â—Ź Your key responsibility initially will be to take control of our email channel so all things Klaviyo
should be your zone of genius
● You’ll also be tasked with devising the strategic direction (and execution) of organic social to
raise the profile of the brand, encourage brand love and to drive revenue. We’re semi-active on
instagram with tiktok being a total blank space opportunity for you!
● You’ll be the brand champion, making sure all brand designs, creative, tone of voice and
activations online are a true brand fit and targeting the right consumers in the right ways. We
have created a beautiful brand and will look to you to protect it.

YOUR SECRET SAUCE: WHY YOU’LL BE PERFECT FOR US
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing with demonstrable experience running a brand email
account
- Food Marketing experience is a huge bonus but experience is not a necessity here - passion,
enthusiasm, confidence, hunger and creativity will get you further in this role
- You eat, sleep and breathe brands and the way they build connections
- You have an international mindset and look to global leaders and emerging brands across the
world for inspiration
- You love rolling up your sleeves and have a Get Stuff Done attitude
- You thrive moving fast and are able to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time
- You are comfortable working with a start-up appropriate budget and excited about being
creative in line with this
- You’re confident bringing new ideas to the table
- You proactively share best practises from other industries that the team can learn from and be
inspired by
- You communicate clearly and with empathy

- Klaviyo expertise
- Video Editing skills
- Experience running brand socials / a brand account with growth metrics to back it up
(Instagram and tiktok specifically)
