The Group Commercial unit englobes the Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Product Development teams of IQ-EQ. Group Commercial is the department responsible for the retention of our existing client base in coordination with the rest of the Group, and responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of IQ-EQ.

One of our key objectives is to grow our profitable portfolio of clients, manage the existing relationship, building long-term relationships, and to ensure full satisfaction with the services received from IQ-EQ.

Sales Operations is responsible for:

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate, Sales Operations you should be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to the Sales Operations team, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate data management. The Project Manager for the Website Build Team at Pronto Marketing is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of WordPress website development projects. This role involves coordinating with the web development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the successful completion of website development projects from initial concept through delivery.

• Update opportunities for Commercial teams and advise on opportunity set-up in Salesforce. 
• Commission opportunity in Salesforce to get the job number (i.e. include billing instructions, final contract details, evidence of agreement (EOA) and/or PO). Raise job number request for exception cases, if needed.
• Raise request and coordinate new SAP account creation and credit checks.
• Review and approve proforma invoices .

Your Role Purpose & Objective 

The role purpose is to enable effortless home improvement through supporting tradies to build and expand their businesses. 

Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries that come from tradies that request more information about joining the hipages platform, communicate the key benefits of the web based advertising new customers will receive as a member of hipages. 

You know you are successful when you are converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, you’re able to use your expertise on the hipages product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue. 

How you will add value 

●  Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets (essential)

● Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls (essential) 

● Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients 

● Handling customers objections (essential) 

● Closing the sale and signing up new members 

● Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge 

● Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met

● Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system

Your Experience 

● Experience in a phone based role taking a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working to sales targets and KPI’s.

In the first 3 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered: 

● Have built a solid understanding of the hipages platform and be able to use this knowledge to maximise sales conversion rates and revenue 

● Be competent with the CRM system and be able to use it to effectively manage your sales pipeline 

● Have a basic understanding of the hipages journey after they’ve signed up onto the platform

 ● Have a basic understanding of the Sales Policy and follow the outlined guidelines 

● Be an expert in selling the benefits of hipages to tradies 

● Have developed a basic understanding of the Licensing requirements for each state and use

 this knowledge to ensure we only let qualified tradies onto the hipages platform 

● Regularly met and exceeded weekly sales targets and KPI’s 

In the first 6 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered: 

● Be an expert on the hipages platform and use this knowledge to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue 

● Be an expert in the CRM System and use it to maximise sales results
