We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Representative to oversee the Southeast Asia market (excluding China) for our plastics trading business. As a key member of our team, you will focus on expanding our customer base, promoting our raw materials to plastics factories, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new leads and customers within the Southeast Asia market, including Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, and Japan.
• Prepare and send offers to customers, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely confirmation of agreements.
• Work closely with the Sales team by offering materials from our stock to customers, with a primary focus on lower-end 'scrap' and 'B grade' materials suitable for recycling and plastics factories.
• Provide a summary list of potential customers and update the team on the progress of ongoing deals.
• Utilize a laptop/computer and WhatsApp for effective communication and coordination with team members, particularly the General Manager and other Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers by working on the sales side, focusing on material offerings and customer interactions.

• With at least 3-4 years of previous experience in sales, particularly in the plastics/polymers industry and recycling industry, is preferred but not mandatory. We are open to training a candidate with a strong willingness to learn.
• With some experience in raw commodities trade or any similar industry including but not limited to Supply Chain and Logistics, International Trade and Export/Import, Manufacturing and Production, Commodity Brokerage, Renewable Energy, Agriculture and Agribusiness, and Environmental and Carbon Trading.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to successfully handle customer interactions.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

About the Job

The Marketing Administrator is someone who works with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all materials are published with complete accuracy, in a timely manner, and in accordance with all requirements. This person has a hands-on role, making direct contributions to each of our listings, and ensuring each listing is marketed in a way that meets the high demands of our clients. The Marketing Administrator takes the initiative to ensure these expectations are met daily.

 Duties / Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly planning and communication with supervisor
• Effectively creates all proposal and off-market flyer packages
• Creates the backbone on Offering Memorandums
•  Assists with the creation of eBlasts
• Updating timelines in Monday.com software
• Update previous marketing materials with current market information
• Photo editing (photoshop) for property photos
• Updating information on our CRM
•  Additional administrative tasks (TBD)

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least a year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Computer and phone availability with access to a secondary screen, mouse, and keyboard

Ideal:

• Previous marketing and data entry experience is helpful but not required
• Photoshop experience
• Hours can be negotiated
• Desire for added responsibilities (including: photoshop, Canva/InDesign, social media scheduling)

• Ability to problem-solve, analyze, and replicate Standard Procedures

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Must have 5+ years experience in Marketing or related field
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, media & communications (or similar), or relevant industry experience
• Previous experience Event planning and coordination for C-Suite level customer events (Australia based)
• Previous B2B marketing experience, ideation. and design development
• Experience in Office 365, PowerPoint level intermediate – advanced
• Proficient experience in at least 2 of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Extensive understanding of design principles and brand management

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working for Australian corporation
• Understanding of Australia’s industry
• Web development experience
• IT experience and understanding
