About the Role:

You will be responsible for building engaging marketing content on Instagram and LinkedIn based on YouTube videos, promoting videos across various social media platforms, and creating community posts and polls on YouTube and LinkedIn. You will work with brand guides and templates, utilizing Notion to organize information effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling marketing content for Instagram and LinkedIn derived from YouTube videos.
• Promote YouTube videos on various social media platforms.
• Create and manage community posts, polls, and other types of content on YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. 
• Ensuring all contents adheres to brand guides and templates.
• Utilize Notion for efficient organization of information.
• Differentiate between LinkedIn and Instagram styles, tailoring content accordingly.
• Create content pillars for each social media platform.
• Respond to social media comments promptly.
• Learn the client’s tone and voice based on the content produced
• Stay updated on viral posts, and trends, and apply them to our social media accounts
• Manage tools such as Capcut, Canva, and Chat GPT proficiently.
• Engage in continuous learning, collaboration, and enthusiasm for the role.
• Review viral posts, and trends and learn to apply them to the client’s social media accounts
• Weekly collaboration with the client to set weekly priorities and review and walkthrough of drafted content
• Provide monthly analytics to identify strengths and areas for improvements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Display a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new information and training.
• Has meticulous attention to detail and possesses strong copywriting skills
• Can work independently

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Representative to oversee the Southeast Asia market (excluding China) for our plastics trading business. As a key member of our team, you will focus on expanding our customer base, promoting our raw materials to plastics factories, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new leads and customers within the Southeast Asia market, including Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, and Japan.
• Prepare and send offers to customers, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely confirmation of agreements.
• Work closely with the Sales team by offering materials from our stock to customers, with a primary focus on lower-end 'scrap' and 'B grade' materials suitable for recycling and plastics factories.
• Provide a summary list of potential customers and update the team on the progress of ongoing deals.
• Utilize a laptop/computer and WhatsApp for effective communication and coordination with team members, particularly the General Manager and other Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers by working on the sales side, focusing on material offerings and customer interactions.

• With at least 3-4 years of previous experience in sales, particularly in the plastics/polymers industry and recycling industry, is preferred but not mandatory. We are open to training a candidate with a strong willingness to learn.
• With some experience in raw commodities trade or any similar industry including but not limited to Supply Chain and Logistics, International Trade and Export/Import, Manufacturing and Production, Commodity Brokerage, Renewable Energy, Agriculture and Agribusiness, and Environmental and Carbon Trading.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to successfully handle customer interactions.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least a year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

• Computer and phone availability with access to a secondary screen, mouse, and keyboard

Ideal:

• Previous marketing and data entry experience is helpful but not required
• Photoshop experience
