We are seeking a new Senior Designer for our Manila Studio. You will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of the current Corporate Interior project in Mumbai. You will be required to produce high quality and accurate full set drawings of various project stages from design development up to tender and construction stage.

In Brief

• You will be responsible for ensuring that quality of work is consistent with company's documentation as well as professional standards.
• You will be responsible for preparing interior design drawings/ documentation sets from given information and/or sketch drawings.
• You be responsible for preparing fully coordinated and accurate sets of tender, construction, as-built drawings for interior design drawing packages.

● You have 6 years' experience as an Interior CAD draftsman/ designer handling corporate interior projects

● You hold a Diploma in Interiors or Architecture with expertise and high level proficiency of AutoCAD

● You have knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design

● You are highly attentive to detail, well-organized and reliable

● You have excellent time management and organization skills along with good coordination and communication skills

● You have the ability to work well under pressure
