Job Title: Business Development Account Manager

Work Hours: M-F; 8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST/9:30 PM-6:30 AM PH Time

Salary: 1,000-1,500 USD per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management, Business Development, and Admin tasks

• Identify and qualify the leads that will be provided.
• Reach out to new and existing leads and schedule meetings.
• Management of LinkedIn leads.
• Serve as the direct contact for clients.
• Be involved and participate in client meetings.
• Other administrative tasks, like responding to emails, managing and updating CRM, and creating proposals and presentations in PowerPoint).

• At least 1 year of previous experience in the role or similar.
• Sets goals and reports back progress towards goals.
• Excellent proficiency In English both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and MS Office Tools.
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking
• Conduct appointment setting, sales presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities

• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales in a similar position
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Google Suite, CRM (e.g., Pipedrive), and basic knowledge of AI functionality within these tools or with common ones like Chat GPT will also be helpful. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, friendly, and target-driven
