About the role:
As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.
What you will be doing:
As Technology Business Consultant, you will execute professional service implementation contracts by delivering client consultancy. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the front to back Treasury process including Back Office operations (deal approvals/settlements etc) and or Accounting/GL knowledge.
Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications
Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.
Assessing available technologies and recommending solutions.
Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness and acceptance tests. Conducts tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.
Influences clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Must have experience of at least 5 years in consulting and/or software implementation with 2 years on Treasury/ Accounting/ Banking Modules.
Understanding of SaaS implementation environments
Background in Consulting and Product Development as a Business Analyst or a Functional Consultant
Knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies
Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology
Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
