● Collaborating with external teams who can support the Squad during solution
delivery, mapping out dependencies and creating mitigation plans with the Delivery
Lead
● Analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities and strategies to
improve business efficiency and driving business process re-engineering initiatives
● Other traditional BA responsibilities, include running discovery workshops,
facilitating ideation sessions, current state analysis, gap analysis, feasibility
analysis and process mapping and project managing of RAPIDs/RACIs.
● Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively
provide the outcome for the customer
● Formulating the plan for production using the solution in consultation with the
squad members and other key stakeholders
