You Will:

• Act as a key business partner to the relevant business/category leaders for Business Operations related activities and analyses.

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will support the digital marketing efforts of the Food Group–catering to several business units and categories across the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. 

He/She will be working cross-functionally alongside the Digital Marketing Manager across different categories and countries to develop and implement digital marketing strategies centered as well as coordinate digital marketing requirements for channels like social media, website, and e-commerce, including content ideation, creation, media buying, and implementation schedules that are aligned with business objectives. 

The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the ideation, implementation & execution of digital marketing strategies and programs designed to increase brand awareness, build strong customer relationships and create value for our customers and our organization.

2. Collaborate with Communications team on content plan and ensure that content are distributed and amplified across pertinent channels in a timely and effective manner
3. Oversee the production of various types of content regularly, to expand Aboitiz Foods’ digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads for social media, e-commerce, and website.
4. Ensure brand consistency in social media messages by working with various departments, including but not limited to brand, product category managers, marketing, and sales.

Digital Marketing Data Analytics

About the job:

This position is perfect for someone who can follow an SOP to get repetitive tasks done effectively. Ideal candidates are intuitive with great English communication skills, comfortable with using basic software, and enthusiastic about mastering productivity to deliver high output with quality. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Instagram Reels Assistance:

• Take ideas from the Notion page for Instagram reels and use ChatGPT and a prompt to create scripts. Clean those scripts up based on SOP. Paste the scripts generated into a Notion table so that I can review them at the end of the day.
• Then, once I’ve recorded the video, it would be great if they could follow an SOP to edit the video with Capcut. Tick off that this is done on the Notion table so I can review and make any extra edits and update the SOP to be more accurate.
• Then generate a caption for that Instagram video based on the SOP. Then I review the script on the Notion table.
• Then post the video to our Instagram account with the approved caption.

Instagram Posts Assistance:

• Similar to the above, take ideas from the Notion page to create a still-post design using Figma. Either they could make these graphics themselves using Figma or communicate the instructions with our contractor. Again, use a Notion table to indicate that the Figma design is ready for review.

• I’ll give the exact instructions and examples on how to do so. It will involve copying and changing a few elements from an already existing Instagram post, in most cases.
• Once approved, make the caption using a ChatGPT prompt I provide. Using the Notion table to indicate the caption is ready for review.

Weekly Report:

• Help in creating the weekly report to the board using the SOP provided. Highlighting the progress we’ve made for the week. Which I will review.

Create Instagram Reels cover images:

• Communicate with our contractor, or they can do it themselves using Figma. I’ll give the exact instructions and examples on how to do so.

Create Meta ads:

• Communicate with the contractor, or they can do it themselves using Figma. I’ll give the exact instructions and examples on how to do so. It will involve copying and changing a few elements from an already existing Instagram post.

Instagram outreach:

• Send pre written messages with a small amount of customization to Instagram followers. Sending a different message to followers with a following greater than 5,000.

Instagram interactions:

• Go to hashtags and followers of large accounts in our space. Send messages to some of these people based on criteria, and mostly comment and reply to people who have left comments on posts in our space.

One-off-type work

Get brand-printed clothing made:

• Find a high-quality hat, shirt, and shorts printing company to print the logo on.

Plus, if there are other repetitive tasks I can think of to give them, I can add them with time.

End of day Slack message:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Must have strong English Communication Skills
• Be able to use the following effectively: AI (mostly ChatGPT), Figma (ideal, not necessary), Notion (necessary, although easy to learn), and Google Docs
  

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Interaction and Support:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and accurately.
• Identify and assist customers with specific needs.
• Handle complaints regarding unfulfilled orders professionally.
• Provide alternative options for out-of-stock or discontinued items.

Order Processing and Management:

• Efficiently process orders and distribute receipts.
• Accurately input orders into the database in a timely manner.
• Ensure Sales Targets are met by delivering orders on time and complete for assigned accounts.
• Encode and process Sales Orders details accurately in SAP, including picklist and delivery receipts.
• Timely resolve issues related to order fulfillment and customer service.

Inventory and Reporting:

• Monitor inventory and provide alternative options for out-of-stock or discontinued items.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and order reports for management.
• Submit reports on time and fulfill other operational and business requirements.

Sales Support and Communication:

• Provide salespeople with trends reports and necessary information.
• Maintain efficient communication regarding order fulfillment and customer issues.

• Supports the Product Managers in successfully managing the product core segments and provide sales support in areas such as product launches, promotional campaigns, customer submissions/promotions, Point Of Sale, customer events and related activities
• Provides administrative support to the Marketing team– purchasing processes and business procedures (to include material creation, End of Life, Special Orders & price maintenance WorkOns), promotool, data updates (to B2B Portal, MPE and B-ECOS)
• Supports event organization and implementation including logistics, setup and giveaways
• Provides administrative support to the marketing team– purchasing processes and business procedures
• Reporting of stock management (including SOH & SIT)
• Control & maintenance of purchase order process for brand teams (Framework, Free Text and EPSA POs)
• Competitor research and preparation in format for use by the product management team (competitor landscapes pricing & specifications)
• Ensures all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
