The Marketing Associate in this role is accountable for the support of the client-marketing / client-facing activities (B2B) in the Philippines including events and roadshows planning and execution (30% of capacity), and for the support of the Head of Marketing for Regional Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia) for the cluster-wide reporting of all marketing services, affluent and cross-border activities (70% of capacity)

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. • To deliver professional advice, support and training to management, employees and HSE managers / coordinators / champions to enable all Syngenta functions in Philippines to effectively implement their HSE responsibilities.
• To effectively assess and communicate actions to Leadership Teams (LTs), and to effectively communicate and implement HSE strategies.
• To deliver professional advice, support and training on the operational aspects of Syngenta’s HSE strategy and programs within Philippines.
