Your Responsibilities  

The Business Information Research (BIR) Operations Manager will oversee a group of BIR Leads and/or analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. What will you do?

• Apply expertise in Client Relationship Management and Sales in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring the continuity and growth of the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support on Microsoft platforms (Windows desktop, Office 365), MacOS, and cybersecurity concepts including XDR, backups, BCP, etc.
• Engage in technical and commercial discussions, offering solutions that align with clients' needs.
• Have a fundamental understanding of Network and Internet infrastructure, with experience in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista being desirable.
• Assist in writing sales proposals, renewing contracts, and pricing solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Focus on protecting company revenue and margins and minimize client churn without having a new sales target.
• Ensure smooth contract and agreement renewals with existing clients.
