As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations and streamlining internal operations, from attendance tracking to interview coordination.  By taking charge of these critical responsibilities, you’ll enable the COO to focus on strategic endeavors. The Operations Manager ensures the organization’s operations run smoothly and on time. They work with core operations, people management and in company strategy. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for overall operations, acting as a key liaison between Legal Soft and the client
• Uphold accountability for Virtual Assistants' performance, managing Virtual Assistants' time-off requests, attendance and enhancing overall productivity
• Contribute to the retention of Virtual Assistants' talent by monitoring morale and working with both Legal Soft and our clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Work closely with internal HR and COO to identify custom training for the client. Including platform usage, internal onboarding protocol, etc.
• Boost virtual assistant performance
• Document and report staff concerns, facilitating amicable resolutions benefiting both the staff and the firm
• Ensuring team members have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify inefficiencies in workflows
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate with the Virtual Assistants, providing support, guidance, and ensuring they adhere to firm policies and procedures
• Assist in tracking overall VA morale and identify staff at risk, coordinate with Team Leads and the client to best retain if situation warrants
• Maintain accurate records of operations, prepare reports, and generate metrics to monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Support in interviewing, training, onboarding and offboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in their respective roles.

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role

About the role:

About the role:

In a Project Management – Professional Services role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

What you will need:

• Overall 10 years of solid Project Management experience for Information Technology and/or Financial Services.

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Flexibility with the working arrangement. As this would be an end-to-end project manager role, we would require candidates to be open working across Asia Pacific with clients around this region.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

Additional Bonus:

• Project Management experience for Reconciliation Systems Implementation projects is a big plus.

• Managing the budget for different contract types. Experience with T&M and fixed fee projects would be a huge bonus in this role.

• Must have hands-on project management experience and must have been in the role of a dedicated project manager, responsible for delivering end-to-end Treasury projects for clients 

• Must be flexible with the working arrangement. Depending on the client, selected candidates should be open reporting onsite to a local client; work remotely or do business travel if assigned to clients overseas.

• In-depth knowledge of Financial Services products and services.

• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end project implementation life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, hybrid, iterative and other modern approaches to project implementation  methodologies

• Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology

•  Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies

• Provide MEP cost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account. 
• Carry out cost management and quantity takeoff duties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
• To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide Cost plan and budget preparation including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
• To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages.

• Oversees the Finance activities of the Manila Shared Services: SGS Gulf Limited – ROHQ and SGS Global Business Services Asia, Inc. and SGS Inspection Services SA – Philippine Branch, including the management reporting of assigned LOB in compliance to set standards that includes but not limited to SGS group reporting standards, Head Office reporting, generally accepted accounting principles
• Business Partnering, Finance & Regulatory Reporting, and Head Office Reporting. The FP&A will assist the FPD across a variety of tasks including preparation of Budget, Controls and Forecasting, and Business Units Costs and Expenses Variance Analysis
• Handles and monitors the Capital Expenditures of SGS Non-commercial entities including providing support to the business in building the CAPEX business case, financial models, inputs in project charter and details,
• Champion the Internal Control on Financial Reporting across all Philippine entities
• Oversees that Affiliates/Intercompanies Invoices or Recharges are managed timely and accurately in the proper accounting period across all Philippine entities – for non-commercial entities only

• Presents, offers, follows up and makes sales transactions for SGS services.

Primary Responsibilities
