What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Representative you will drive Birdeye forward by generating and qualifying a high-quality pipeline for our SMB or Mid-Market team. About the Role

This is a remote position which opens to candidates based in Philippines, covering the late hours for the Australian Customer Service Team.The role is responsible for the shift starts 5am-1pm (Australia Timezone ) = 3am-11am (Philippines timezone, until 7th April then 2am to 10am)

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers
• Support the Operations team at Ofload in the daily business
• Handling inbound queries via phone, email, live chat and social media
