Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

● Proficient in using Zoho CRM, Zapier, Google Sheets, Excel, and Chat GPT

● Ability to follow instructions, but also question if there is a better way to do things

● Ability to own tasks without being micro-managed and collaborate with other team members

Duties and responsibilities:

● Communication to new and existing customers via email

● Identify customer needs and preferences.

● Develop relationships with the customer base.

● Maintain CRM

● Answering customer questions and sending other information via email.

● Explain and demonstrate the features of the products

● Staying informed about competing products and services

● Meet sales and quality targets consistently.

● Research the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities.

● Plan and execute cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads.

● 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Support or similar role

● Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Suite, and Shopify

● Willingness to learn new tools (if necessary)

● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

● Great problem-solving skills with efficiency

● Preferably with e-commerce experience
