• Contact and engage potential vendors: The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for making calls to inbound leads and engage with potential vendors in meaningful dialogues that open up opportunities. • Leadership - Delegate and review team’s tasks properly, promote the improvement of team’s mindset in order to deliver efficient engagement with customers and collaboration with other stakeholders internally.​

• Sales Analysis and Reporting - Provide various daily and monthly sales report, monitor the report of budget and sales data analysis and responsible for the authorization of SAP key user.​

• System and Process Enhancement - Implement process enhancement and improve productivity and maintain pricing, promotion / discount scheme on system. ​

• Project Management - Spearhead special projects as assigned and acts as process expert of the Country Sales Organization.​

• Sales & Logistics Support - Manage stock management and monitor back order, collaborate with logistics team for warehouse productivity improvement like VAS, customer complaints and posting of invoice in lead-time.​

This role will primarily support the completion of month-end activities by preparing, analyzing, and reporting simple financial transactions and information.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of journal entries, month end activities, and reports.
• Perform Zerorized AP entries to create vouchers for project codes.
• Create accruals and prepayments schedules.
• Generate system generated to support the month end activities.

• Negotiate for our restaurant partners’ participation to our promotions, marketing campaigns, and other commercial projects and initiatives

• Educate our restaurant partners with the best practices to maximize their sales and operations in foodpanda
• Serve as the SPOC for escalations from our restaurant partners
• Ensure that our restaurant partners are able to maintain the best customer experience for their branches in foodpanda
