The Trainer, Quote Desk has the primary responsibility of supporting the Quote Desk team to evaluate their needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. This includes - but is not limited to – coaching colleagues, finding ways to improve process or quote ability, interlocking with other departments on one-off projects, data collection and analysis. Sales Associate – Role and Responsibilities

The Supplier-to-Market Quality Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation,  monitoring, and the continual improvement of the quality and food safety processes across the 1FG value chain to support quality performance and the consistent delivery of products that conform to quality and food safety standards. This role enables quality compliance of business initiatives and provides support for decision-making and resolution of supplier-to-market quality-related issues to enable business continuity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs and develops processes relevant to supplier and toller quality management, manufacturing quality, new product and process quality, and to distribution and marketplace quality.
