Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of orders through various stages of processing, including order confirmation, packaging, shipping, and delivery.
• Utilize company-specific tracking systems or software to maintain real-time visibility of order statuses.
• Identify and address any discrepancies, delays, or errors in order processing promptly.
• Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order information, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer details.
• Generate reports on order status and performance metrics as needed.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to order status, tracking information, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints related to order tracking with professionalism and empathy.

• at least 6 months experience in order tracking, logistics, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
