• Effectively manage leads generated from listing sites.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry

• Good to Excellent Communication and Written skills; Minor accent is acceptable

• Proficiency in client management systems, preferably AppFolio, or other real estate-specific platforms

• Familiarity with tools such as Office 365

• Significant advantage for candidates with experience in motion.com, Loop Net, and Crexi for listing management

• Meticulous attention to detail
