Key Responsibilities

• Security and Compliance: Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new integration technologies, middleware solutions, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization’s integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in integration development, middleware management, or API development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM WebSphere, Oracle SOA Suite).
• Strong experience with API development and management (REST, SOAP, microservices).
• Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ) and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for custom integration development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications (preferred): MuleSoft Certified Developer, Oracle SOA Suite, or other relevant integration or middleware certifications.
